If you want to make money on Ehow by writing articles, you need to:

Spend at least 1 hour a day doing keyword research

Index your Ehows with quality backlinks. This can be done on Yahoo, Hubpages, Squidoo, and niche related forums.

Setting weekly goals for yourself

Read about SEO and Google to help your rankings

Adding Ehow articles to your own Blog

Today I managed to put up 8 Hubs, giving me a total of 14. Didn’t have enough time to work on my Info Barrels, but that is okay. I am head of schedule for writing my articles for the 30 day challenge. By next week I estimate I should have all my articles up on both Hubpages and InfoBarrel so I ‘ll be starting the experiment early.

Really enjoying working on Hubpages. The people in the forum are very helpful, and many people comment on your Hubs as well. I’ve received about four comments in one day. You don’t earn money writing articles from your comments – but it is just interesting to see that on a side note. I remember my first experience with Ehow I didn’t get comments until a month after. I have a feeling it has something to do with “Hubpage Hopping” which is a feature that lets you hop from Hub to Hub.

The day isn’t over yet and there is so much to do. I’ve been drinking excessive amounts of coffee to stay awake. I’m doing about 10 hours of day dedicated to online writing and keyword research. In the future, I am sure it will pay off. I’m very motivated for this project because ever since I started my Ehow one four months ago I’m now making $250 a month. Most of my articles are barely two months old so there is still a lot of potential at Ehow. I’m not used to doing the same repetitive task and distributing your skills is wise to do in terms of having variety with different sources of income.

Anyways, off to go help my Mom on her website. I’ll be posting today’s Ehow earnings since I have not done that yet. Will be later tonight, so look out =)

Here are some of the Hubs I created today:

I have been very busy lately making money writing articles, as you can see from my above chart!

So far, I have exactly 18 Info Barrel’s and 6 Hubpages. It is fun writing Hubpages and I actually got around to publishing 3 today – however I find it very time consuming. When I am on Ehow, I am able to whip up 7 articles in a few hours but I don’t add pictures there. On Hubpages, I am really into adding content because I think it will be worthwhile in the future.

Lately the forums have been very interesting. I heard that Hubs can index much quickly than writing articles at Info Barrel. Once I get at least 30 articles for each site (60 total) I will begin conducting my experiment to see which one earns the most, then I can write on that site. This will be exciting and I will try to spread out my time amongst a few sites to increase revenue.

Why am I doing this? Not to raise any eyebrows or anything, but I seriously think Ehow will flourish within two years. I could be dead wrong and it could expand for people making money writing articles on there. So far, I have about 378 articles on there in a period of 4 months. Reached my goal =)

I will still continue to write 2 articles each day on Ehow to make extra money from articles. In my opinion, they have always been my #1 writing site. Ehow ranks very high, indexes well too. However, the article publishing problems are getting a bit out of hand so I think I’ll devote my time else where. Anyways, feel fee to check back in tomorrow to see how I am doing on my Info Barrel + Hubpages 30 Articles Challenge!

I am currently working on a new InfoBarrel vs. Hubpages Experiment. Don’t worry, I’m not abandoning Ehow! Just until they fix the publishing problems. Today I managed to write about 15 Info Barrel Articles and 2 Hubpages. What I love about Hubpages is that your article is approved instantly and you also get to put up Adsense earnings. Views are also updated instantly. The layout is very flattering in my eyes.

Make Money Writing Articles with InfoBarrel

Making money with InfoBarrel is nice as well. I enjoy adding pictures, but if you have a slow Internet – it may not be for you. Even though it has already been 24 hours since I wrote my articles to make money, they are still waiting in the Pending articles. I was informed via the forums that the Moderators usually take the weekends off so they won’t read mine until Monday. After that, I don’t need to wait for anyone to approve my article unless they trigger their filters. (This is to prevent spam) So, yay for me – I am very excited for this new Info Barrel vs. Hubpages experiment.

I’d like to make money writing online by doing these new experiments and see which sites where I can make the most income from. This will be a two week experiment. The aim here is to put up at least 30 Info Barrels and 30 Hubs. My goals are to create two duplicate Info Barrel Articles and Hubpages. Keywords will be close, however I will be writing them each in a different style since I do not like duplicate content lingering in the search engines.

I have a feeling InfoBarrel will do better than Hubpages since they rank very quickly in the SERP’s. I have heard with any Hubs, you’ll need to do back-linking until you see some quality results.

My Goals to Make Money Writing Articles Online

InfoBarrel: 19/30 (11 more to go)

Hubpages: 2/30 (28 more to go)

In total, I will need to write about 39 more articles to reach my goal.

My most Recent Articles on Hubpages

Through all the articles I have been writing for Ehow and coffee drinking, I decided it is time to take a break. It is easy to make money writing articles online, but you should know it takes much patience to begin. Although InfoBarrel is still somewhat new, a few people actually are reporting InfoBarrel earnings of over $300 a month. One person over at www.makemoneyonlinewithseo.com reported that they are earning a steady stream of $10 dollars each day. Although this may not seem like much, it is still a good amount of cash to help with the bills. Their report was $83.79 USD within 3 weeks of starting.

You can sign up to make passive income at InfoBarrel by using their referral link below

Sign up here!

To me this is very admirable and really motivates me to make money writing for InfoBarrel. Imagine what would happen when their articles begin to mature after a few months? Just like EHOW, a definate increase will come in time. I bet your wondering why this is. I’ll give you a fresh example of this. Let’s say you publish an article that relies on rich keywords and put it up the first week. You’ll get about 20-100 views if lucky. Over time, when people start seeing your article – they will want to link to it on their blog. This starts going into the page rank trends, which allows Google bots to pick up on the importance of your page. I personally plan to write 100 IB’s in under two weeks. This is very attainable for me and today I have already written 13 so it is a good start.

Pros of Making Money on Info Barrel

Attractive Design
Variety of Template styles
Contests for all
Amazon Affiliates
70-95% Earnings from Adsense
No publishing issues
Pre-Approved after 10 articles
2% Referral’s Income

What really attracts me with making money on InfoBarrel is the wide variety of topics I can write about. On Ehow, I managed to write about 377 articles on there in a short time of four months. The more you write, the better you’ll get at it. Even so, if you read more often – it will help you drastically since you are getting a taste of other writing styles. I know it seems difficult when first starting on InfoBarrel, but it is very possible to crank out 100 articles in two weeks. Make a small goal and write five a day. If you want to jump start your success, try writing 10 each day. What I love about InfoBarrel is that they offer contests for anyone to try. For example, for this months contest is “Taxes” and “Easter Holiday” articles. Write as many articles as you can and they award you by the points you receive. Prizes are 10-15 levels deep I think. What I mean by this is that instead of having one winner, there will be up to 15 winners. For the top person who wins, they’ll be receiving a $100 Amazon gift card. Second prize is $50. The other prizes are 80-95% Adsense revenue. If you want to start making money on InfoBarrel quickly, you should write 10 articles to get pre-approved. This means that next time you send in an article, you won’t need to wait for moderators to look over it.
Another benefit of this site is the template and design. They allow you to write any how to, reviews, personal experiences, etc. It is very easy to get your article accepted by moderators, usually within 24 hours. There are barely any publishing issues like Ehow, which I love. I believe this site will prosper in the future since they rank quickly in the search engines. Adding pictures is very fun as well, as you can re-size them in your article layout.

The only two things that I can really think of that isn’t very good with InfoBarrel is that they need to fix the category issue. There isn’t enough categories to add your articles in, and it’s required to add to a category. Sometimes I struggle to find the correct place since I want to do things right. They also don’t allow too many links. I believe it is only two outbound links allowed to restrict people only looking for affiliates for other sites. Other then that, making money on Info Barrel is all good.

Anyways, I’ve been up past my bed time so I’ll post more tomorrow. Exhausted from writing so much!

This is a true story of a Paranormal event that happened in my home. After going through this incident, I have searched the Internet for any shadow people stories, and to my dismay – I only found a few similar events. I do not believe in ghosts, spirits, or aliens – however, I do believe there is another world lurking somewhere out there. Most people will deny this because it is too complex and unknown to comprehend.

Most paranormal events take place in someone’s home, although it is very possible for a demon or certain spirit to follow you. I thank God that has never happened to me, but for the few unfortunate people that this happens to – it is very important to seek help of the church and begin decorating the home with your higher religion to fend off any intruders. It is very easy for someone to feed off negative energy. For example, if someone walks into a quiet room while the other person is deeply depressed – a few people can actually feel the presence of their emotion. We are all connected as one in the world.

Anyways, getting a bit off topic here. About a month ago, me and my husband were sitting our room while sitting up, talking. I happened to look to my left after feeling something was staring at me. A strange, large dark shadow was on the wall. It was very big, seemingly overpowering. It had no eyes, no facial features – however it did look like a huge man wearing a hood. My husband and I both looked behind us. We decided it was the lamp, so I began to move the lamp. The shadow just stood there and did not move along with it. I started to think it was something else in the room. I knew this wasn’t the paranormal events that happened on TV programs because the shadow did not move at all. It was as if someone was standing outside our window – but to my dismay, no one. We checked all light sources thoroughly, while leaving everything untouched.

About ten minutes of inspecting the room, we went to bed. First, we checked and look to the wall again – it was gone. The weird thing is that nothing was there. We didn’t move anything except the lamp. It made absolutely no logical sense.

After this I did research online, looking for shadow people stories. I only found two events of this happening. One person also mentioned that every time this happens to them, they hear a buzzing of electronics in their ear prior to the incident. This is the same thing I have heard before.

You might even ask yourself if I am a crazy person. I do not blame you. Coming from a good family, and wonderful people around me, there is nothing wrong with the way I was raised. I have no sleeping problems. Generally I go to bed around 9 or 10pm. I’ll way up late around 10 which is fine for me since my schedule is very flexible. (Always writing my articles later during the day, hehe) There are some paranormal events that happened in our family, but I will not discuss those here. However, it is not the same events of shadow people. I live a good life and do not use illegal drugs, prescriptions, or drink heavily. I’ve heard of other people experiencing paranormal activity who often have sleep disorders and this is somewhat common.

I guess the reason why I am writing this post is to find a logical answer, or something out of this world. Any answer or truth would be nice. If any of you have had a similar experience on paranormal activities, ghost stories, feel free to let me know. I am open to any paranormal stories that are related.

Ever wonder how webmasters can add visible HTML code for scripts? It’s easy! Just make minor changes to replace your tags. You may have seen websites where the visitor can come and just copy a JavaScript code directly from their site. This is very convenient if you have a tech based website.
To add visible HTML code for scripts, first copy your script to notepad and save.
Now this way you won’t make mistakes on your HTML tutorial.
Now go into your notepad source and remove all the < tags with &lt; and the > tag with &gt.
For example, if you have a tag you want to show so people can copy and paste it, try this.
&lt;html&gt instead of <html>
These characters are just replacing your tags so that way your visitors can see visible HTML code.

An example of this would be: (Remove the spaces between
&lt ;html&gt ;

On some Wordpress blogs, your wordpress feed may not work anymore. This is not the fault of Wordpress and most of the time it is something you have to fix, unfortunately. Wordpress does not have any control over a broken RSS feed or an Rss feed that isn’t displaying properly. Fortunately, there is a temporary solution for RSS feeds
that don’t function or have dissapeared entirely.
When I was attempting to find out why the RSS feed didn’t work on Wordpress, I noticed an odd error. It displayed a long line of text with my domain name, followed by “en hourly”. The reason why my Rss feed doesn’t work is because it only reads the latest posts, when my
site entirely consists of pages.
You may have a different error or reason why your Rss feed doesn’t work, however you can still use my tutorial on how to fix your Rss feed below.
To fix your Rss feed, go to rapidfeeds.com
Make sure you register an account. Once you do this, make sure to follow instructions.
A broken RSS feed is nothing to worry about. Just copy the code they give you for your feed and apply it to your website.

Have you ever tried to put Social Bookmark Widgets on Wordpress, and they just don’t show up? The reason why this is happening is because you only have pages, and no posts. For those who will never have any posts, and prefer their Wordpress Blog to look more like a website – this can be a problem for them.
Recently, I came across the Wordpress Social Bookmark widget. To be specific, it was called “AddThis”.
The only problem they don’t mention with this widget, is that users who never have any POSTS, and instead they have PAGES – their social bookmark icons from the widget will never show up.
There is a site called www.letsgetsocialnow.com that will generate the code for you so you don’t have to do everything manually. It is quite easy adding the Wordpress Social Bookmark, and you can use any website or code you want for this. It doesn’t have to specifically be from letsgetsocialnow, however – this is the easiest method I came up instead of gathering your own images. The script contains javascript. When I first heard of the Social Bookmarking buttons from the site, I wasn’t quite clear where to put the code – but it makes sense since Wordpress doesn’t support Javascript via their Editor, so I had to go directly into the page.php which controls all of your pages in Wordpress.
In this case, we will have to manually edit one of our pages via FTP. I know this may sound confusing, but I’ll walk you through each procedure.

1. Visit www.letsgetsocialnow.com
2. There should be something that says “Let’s Get Social Button Option”. Choose the size you want your Social Bookmark Buttons to be from there.
3. Now click on “Generate Button Code”. Once you do this, save your code to Notepad so you don’t loose this.
4. Navigate to your FTP Editor and type in your hostname, username, password and port. Most ports are 21 and your hostname should start with ftp.yourdomain.com. If you don’t know your username and password, the best thing to do is call up your hosting service for that information.
5. Now go into your page.php and ADD your code below this code:
<?php the_content() ?>
Your code goes here.
6. Once you hit save, all your pages should have the social bookmarks on each one. Wasn’t that easy?

Articles Written: 360 (Updated: 3/5/2010)

Article Views: 55,473 (Updated: 3/5/2010)

Earnings in March $26.71 (Updated: 3/4/2010)

Today I earned $6.54 and got around 785 views from Ehow. Managed to write 5 articles today even though I was very busy working on a fix for the new Wordpress project I’ve been taking on. Not too mention I have been updating my own blog as well. I’ll be showing you how you can get backlinks for your Ehow Articles without doing any heavy linking for the most part.

You may have noticed my eHow blog started on Blogger. I recently moved them here. Wordpress indexes a website much quicker than Blogger, so you have a better chance if you build your site here.

How to Get Backlinks for your Ehow Articles

1. The first thing you will need to do in order to build backlinks for your Ehow Articles is start posting on forums more frequently. Take your time to join at least 5 forums that are relevant to each of your Ehow Articles. Once you have done that, try to post twice a day on each so you can build up your reputation. Do not spam the forum with links, since your link will be in your forum signature. Look for “Do-Follow” forums.

2. Blogs are a great way to get backlinks. Once written content has been accepted, visit similiar blogs and post relevant comments or questions. Be sincere, posting on something that you are really interested in. You can include a link on blogs that are “Do-Follow” meaning your link will be counted as a backlink.

3. Begin to write content for other blog owners. Being a guest blogger is a great way of retrieving traffic to your website, while getting a single back link from the owner’s blog. Look in the contact page of other bloggers and see if you can e-mail them. Building backlinks is a great way to make friends, and improve your writing if you look at it from a different view.

4. Put up Xomba Blurs or Squidoos on what you just wrote about. Be sure to include your link. Let’s say you build a Squidoo about how to declaw a cat. You did this on the sole purpose to get backlinks for your Ehow Articles, and to earn extra on both sites. What happens if you use good SEO? You’ll get hundreds of visitors to your website, then you can link an Ehow Article about “How to Stop your Cat to stop Scratching”. It is relavant, yet both topics and content are not duplicate to penalize you in the search engines.

5. The easiest way to build backlinks for your Ehow articles is to add the links in your blog. I would do only five links per post every few days. That way it doesn’t look like you are spamming your own website. Build more content around these links that are highly relevant.
